Refund policy

All purchases from Dance Together Shop are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at yourteachers@dancetogetherva.com within 15 days of delivery. Include your order number and photographs of the item and packaging. If approved, we may provide a replacement or another appropriate resolution.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
